| The Golden Triangle Real Estate Agents (TGT), established in
the late 1980s is a partnership comprising of Two (2) dynamic professional
and dedicated individuals. The partners are complemented by a team of committed senior negotiators / negotiators in the marketing force and supported by an efficient team of administrative staff with office automation and IT facilities at their disposal. The Golden Triangle Real Estate Agents has been actively and successfully servicing the public, government, business sectors and multinational corporations in satisfying their varied property needs since our inception. The Golden Triangle, has through the years, successfully clinched multi-million ringgit sales of land and commercial properties in the Klang Valley. We have also undertaken and completed a couple of major multi-storey office cum warehousing complex projects of several hundred thousand square feet in size, in addition to the completion and sale of a multi-million ringgit local and foreign joint venture condominium project in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. Currently, The Golden Triangle is involved in the marketing for sale and leasing of several hundreds of commercial high-rise buildings as well as industrial properties.
